what started as a blog to talk about depression--the disorder--has evolved into a place to write about my life as a person with clinical depression. writing is often my salvation, the only thing i can do that makes me at least a little bit sane. my life is pretty average, but i find average things to be wildly hilarious. so feel free to follow along and laugh wildly at the wild hilarity.

also, a disclaimer, in case you're silly enough to think i might be a medical professional: i'm not. everything i say in this blog is personal opinion, not medical fact. if you want medicine, see a doctor. if you want a place where you can find comfort in the knowledge that you're not the only one with issues, you've come to the right place.
